French Fries recipe
French Fries
Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1 kg.
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp.
- Corn flour / rice flour/ refined flour a handful.
Method:
Peel and slice potato in medium size finger, soak in salted water, boil for 5 minutes. Stain water allow it to cool then add handful of corn, rice or refined flour to coat well. Heat oil and deep fry on high flame till crisp and golden. Serve with tomato sauce or cocktail sauce.
Veg Mayo Sandwich recipe
Veg Mayo Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Bread slices 8-10.
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup.
- Boiled shredded chicken 1/4th tsp.
- Vegetables ( cabbage, capsicum, carrot) finely chopped 1/4th cup.
- Salt 1/2 tsp .
- Black pepper powdered 2 tsp.
- Milk 2 tbsp.
- fresh green coriander chopped 2 tbsp.
Cut outer edges of bread slices. In another bowl add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and milk and mix well. Then add boiled shredded chicken, chopped vegetables in it. Now add this mixture in bread slices and cut them from center in shape of triangle and serve with tomato sauce can also be served with french fries.
