French Fries
Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1 kg.
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp.
- Corn flour / rice flour/ refined flour a handful.
Method:
Peel and slice potato in medium size finger, soak in salted water, boil for 5 minutes. Stain water allow it to cool then add handful of corn, rice or refined flour to coat well. Heat oil and deep fry on high flame till crisp and golden. Serve with tomato sauce or cocktail sauce.
